Thank you for taking the time to review the following pages which sets out the extent and breadth of the experience I have gained working in Development for over 30 years. Experience gained primarily in the delivery of Residential and Mixed Use schemes, for which I have held the position of Planning, Design and Technical Directors for a number of leading Developers

The skills set and expertise gained throughout this time allows me to support all aspects of the development process from site acquisition through planning delivery, and through to scheme delivery.. 

 

I support and deliver opportunities that are commercially appropriate, holistic in their approach and with clear outputs, covering a wide range of project typologies and from all aspects. It is this breadth of knowledge that I believe is unique.
